Rooms booked by calling the general reservations line cannot be modified to the group discount. Room Block Policies A deposit equivalent to the first night’s lodging (plus taxes/fees) will be required at the time of reservation, to confirm the booking. There is a 7 day change/cancel policy. The members of your group must make their reservations before August 9, 2026, at which time the block of rooms will be released into general inventory and the group rate will no longer be valid. Pre and Post stay group rates are available. So if any guests plan to come earlier or stay later, they should contact the group sales office at 866-438-1144. They should also contact the group sales office if rooms are no longer available online, as that means your block is full and more rooms need to be added to the block, if available.
