There are many hotel options both downtown and near the airport. We also have secured a room block at the Hampton Inn near the airport and venue for those in need of accommodations. The hotel has a free airport shuttle, and will provide a shuttle to and from the event for those who have reserved a room. No deposit or full payment is required to book, so please reserve your room if needed so we can determine if we need additional rooms in the block. Reserve before May 5 to receive the discounted rate of $175.
