We met during summer school at Washburn University in 2016. We both had one last class to take before starting nursing school in the fall. I remember thinking he was soooo cute when he walked in the door. Fast forward a few months. It was orientation to nursing school and it was nice to see a familiar face, we exchanged small talk, and he sat right next to me. Soon, he became my study buddy and ice cream friend. A few months later he finally got the courage to ask me on our first date. It's been nothing but love, giggles, and smiles since then.
