Guest Arrival 3:00 PM Guests are invited to arrive and be seated. Ceremony 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM The wedding ceremony will begin, followed by the exchange of vows and rings, and the pronouncement of marriage. Cocktail Hour 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM Guests are invited to enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while the couple take formal photographs. Dinner & Reception 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Guests will be seated for dinner as the newlyweds make their grand entrance. Dinner service will begin, accompanied by toasts and speeches. Cake Cutting & First Dances 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM The couple will cut the wedding cake, followed by the first dance. Dancing & Celebration 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM Open dance floor and celebration continue throughout the evening.
