Yes! The venue is also a hotel and we have a room block under our last names (Guimond/Roux). TRY AND BOOK ROOM EARLY DUE TO IT BEING A CONFERENCE CENTER AND IT TENDS TO BOOK UP FAST!
The ceremony will begin punctually at 5:30pm. Please arrive to the ceremony site no later than 5:15pm.

Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet. If you have any dietary restrictions please provide those restrictions when you RSVP and reach out to the Bride/Groom.
Due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. We only have space for the guests listed on your invitation.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So we are requesting that all our our guests dress in semi formal/formal attire. Florals and pastel colors are encouraged!
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day. However, should you wish to contribute to a honeymoon fund we have two options on our registry as well as we will have a card box at our ceremony and reception.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors so please plan accordingly.
All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing soft blues, in addition to some wearing blue florals.
Hotel check in starts at 4pm (early check in is subject to availability). Please keep in mind if there is a long line at check in you are always more than welcome to check in after the ceremony.
Yes. Since the whole wedding is held at the hotel, there is plenty of free parking for all guests.
Thankfully the venue is also a hotel therefore we will not have transportation due to everything being at the same location.
