Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi formal. Jackets and ties for men preferred. Dresses below the knee for ladies. Bring your dancing shoes!

Are kids welcome to the wedding?

Answer

We love all your kiddos, but this will be a 21+ plus event unless otherwise specified privately by the couple

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free self parking in the lot directly across from the venue (the Baycare lot). No overnight parking permitted in this lot. You may park cars overnight along the west side of MLK Street.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have organized a trolley to transport guests from the hotels to the venue for the ceremony. TRU HILTON Hotel - Pick up = 4:10 PM, Trolley departs hotel at 4:15 PM MOXY Hotel - Pick up = 4:30 PM, Trolley departs hotel at 4:35 PM *If you miss the trolley, don't panic! These hotels are only a 5-7 minute Uber ride to the venue. The ceremony starts promptly at 5:05pm. *For the end of the night, Ubers are easily available and guests can safely wait in the courtyard area for pick up. A doorman is onsite to assist.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have set up room blocks at (2) nearby hotels. Please visit the “Travel” section of our website. There are numerous hotel brands in the surrounding area (Hyatt, Hampton, Hilton, Marriott, etc.) so feel free to book where ever you'd like! There are also several Airbnb options for those who may like to have a little more room.

What do you mean there's no seated dinner?!

Answer

In the spirit of wanting our special day to feel like one nonstop party, there will be no formal seated meal for the reception. Instead we will have an extended cocktail hour, followed by a reception featuring multiple food stations. Eat when you want, drink when you want, dance when you want! We will have some seating options available as well as standing tables.
