Question
How will the Ceremony be different due to COVID-19?
Answer
The Ceremony will be held inside the Church in line with the Phase 2 Ontario Reopening Plan restrictions. - Guests will be limited to 25% of the Church capacity - Guests must wear a face mask inside the Church We offer the option for guests to attend the Ceremony virtually via Zoom. See "Virtual Ceremony" details on the Schedule page.

How will the Dinner Reception be different due to COVID-19?
Answer
The Dinner Reception will be held outside in line with the Phase 2 Ontario Reopening Plan restrictions. - 6 guests seated per table - Hors d’oeuvres will be plated and served individually - Your plated meal is served by staff (Buffets are not allowed at this time) - Buns in baskets, butter dishes, sugar, milk, cream, salt and pepper shakers are shared by guests at their table - Wedding cake will be brought in the kitchen, cut and plated, and served individually at each table

How should I prepare for the wedding weekend?
Answer
The two weeks leading up to the wedding weekend, more specifically from July 2 to July 17, will be key to limit the exposure to COVID-19. Although it is not possible to ask all guests to isolate for this period, we kindly ask that you avoid any non-essential social gatherings. We also ask that if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 during this period that you inform us and that you get tested for COVID-19. Also, If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 on the wedding weekend, we kindly ask that you inform us and that you stay home. Although you may have received one dose of the vaccine, not all guests attending the wedding will have received it. Therefore, we must ensure everyone’s health and safety is respected. It is very important to us that our wedding be symptom free and COVID free.

What should I bring to each event?
Answer
You will be required to wear a face mask at all indoor locations, including the hotel, the church and the dinner reception (washrooms). Please ensure to bring a face mask to all wedding events. The face mask should meet the standards set out by Province of Ontario. The venues will supply hand sanitizer but you are welcome to bring your own should you have sensitivities or allergies.
