Cocktail attire is suggested. It is a July wedding in Virginia, so it will be hot and humid. We want you to be comfortable and feel beautiful!
The Barns of Kanak have plenty of parking to accommodate for all of our guests. However, we will be having a shuttle service from the hotel and back for guests who would prefer not to drive. If you would like more details on the shuttle, please visit the schedule page.
There are both indoor and outdoor options at our venue. The decision will be made the day of as we do not want our guests to be uncomfortable in the heat.
We want our guests to be present during the ceremony, so our ceremony will be "unplugged", meaning we are asking for no cameras aside from the photographer. After the ceremony, please take as many pictures as you would like!
