One Friday night during freshman year at USF Ale was leaving her dormroom to go out with friends when she saw Tyler hanging out in the hallway and noticed he had a longboard. She asked one of her roommates, Paula, if she knew him because she thought he was cute and Paula said she did! She happened to be going out with Tyler's roommate, Josh, and thought both Ale and Tyler would get along great. About a week later Josh introduced Ale and Tyler as they longboarded through USF and the rest is history!

After finishing Architecture School Ale found her dream job in NYC and lived there for a year. One Friday afternoon she had plans with her friends, Marie and Arelis, to go out to her favorite park in NY -Four Freedoms at Roosevelt Island- and maybe get some oysters later. What Ale didn't know was that Tyler had been planning for months to ask her to marry him and with some careful organization with Marie and Ale's sister, Ani, he was going to surprise her at that park that afternoon. After almost ruining the surprise several times, Ale finally made it to the park and found Tyler waiting to ask her to spend the rest of their lives together. Of course she said yes and as they hugged, kissed, laughed and processed that moment, Marie and Arelis took the most beautiful pictures that captured that amazing afternoon.
