Clothes would be a good start! We ask that our guests come in cocktail attire. Be formal enough for the occasion, but comfortable enough to eat and drink the night away. The ceremony will be outdoors in August so please dress comfortably.
RILC will open its doors at 5:00PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive between 5:00PM - 5:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. Late arrivals will result in entry denial by staff and you will not be allowed to enter the ceremony space.
Yes! There will be valet service at the venue if you choose to drive there yourself. You are allowed to leave your car overnight if needed, but it needs to be picked up by 11:00AM the following morning.
Taking an Uber to events is awesome! However, it is not recommended that you Uber to our wedding as it is unlikely you'll be able to get an Uber to take you back home. Our venue has stated that very rarely are Ubers available in the area.
Guests who are staying at the hotel will be provided with transportation to and from the venue via a shuttle. If you are not staying at the hotel or do not book via our room block, there will not be a seat accounted for you on the shuttle. Please be sure to call the hotel prior to check in if you are not sure if you booked the room block correctly to ensure your seats on the shuttle.
Unfortunately due to the limited seating, we are only able to accommodate those who were listed by name on the invitation.
Although we'd love to have all the little ones included, due to limited seating and it being a formal event, we ask that you make it a date night and leave all little ones at home.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
All rooms must be reserved by July 17th in order to be a part of our room block that includes free parking, discounted rates, wifi, and free shuttle to and from the venue.
As we are providing shuttle service, please accurately report the total number of people in each room to allocate a seat on the shuttle for your entire party. Members that are not reported when booking the room will not be accounted for on the shuttle and will need to sit in your lap!
We kindly ask you to pick an entrée when you RSVP to help with approximate ordering and headcounts. However, the staff will ask you day of which entrée you would like, and you are free to switch choices the night of.
