We have a block at the Holiday Inn Express, BWI Airport West, for the nights of October 4th and 5th. Reservations must be made by September 12th, 2025 to guarantee a room and the discounted group rate. If calling, please indicate that you would like to make a reservation in the Abigail Savit & Tyler Ricketts Wedding Block. When calling the IHG Central Reservations line, you may be asked for the Block Code, which is SRW. Flight
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Airport)
BWI is the closest airport by far to our venue (about 20 minutes) and hotel block (about 10 minutes). There is a complimentary shuttle available between our hotel block and BWI Airport. Reagan National Airport and Dulles International Airport are 40 and 55 minutes away respectively from our venue without traffic (lol).
Train
BWI Marshall Airport Amtrak Station
We love taking the Amtrak! It takes about 3 hours from NYC and 1.5 hours from Philadelphia to get to the BWI Marshall Rail Station. At the station, you can take the MARC train to downtown DC or Baltimore, and there are frequent complimentary buses between the airport and the train station. Please make sure to book your journey to this station and not the downtown Baltimore stop.
