Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding! Please let us know if you plan on bringing children & how many. Although they are welcome, we will have unattended alcohol, and will not have “family friendly” music only, so if you bring them we hope you’re comfortable with this & will keep an eye on them.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. As long as you don’t show up in slippers we’re okay with whatever you’re comfortable in getting photographed in 😊

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, but we ask that you let us know this way in advance. We tried our best to ask this with our Save the Dates to let our caterer know early. And we can’t promise there won’t be any cross contamination with allergies, as all of our food is cooked in the same area.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. I do have a list of nearby hotels on the “travel” page, and the wedding is about an hour away from Eugene or Sisters hotels.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar of beer, cider, and a specialty cocktail. This will be served in containers (except the cocktail, you can pour it yourself), unattended, so be sure to keep an eye on any children you’re bringing or underage family members

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by 03/15/26 so we can plan accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Horse Creek Lodge, the owner has agreed to help with parking.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! During the cocktail hour or reception feel free!

Question

Are pets welcome?

Answer

Only on a case by case basis. If you’re coming from out of state and need to bring your pet, please reach out to us. They’ll need to be placed elsewhere during the ceremony.
