There are 3 airports possible to fly into. Bellingham is the closest "large" town near Artist Point but still about 1 hour away.
Seatac (SEA): Furthest but largest number for flight options. This is likely 1:45h drive without traffic but would count on closer to 2:45-3h if you hit traffic.
Paine Field (PAE): This is about 1 hour from Bellingham without traffic. 1:30-45 if you hit traffic. Unlikely to have direct flight options and may be a little more expensive.
Bellingham International Airport (BLI): Closest by far but definitely won't have direct options. Likely to connect in Portland or Seattle. Prices can vary and may be much more expensive.
