We grew up 50 miles away from each other. We both went to the University of Arkansas and lived in neighboring apartment buildings. We rode the same bus to and from class everyday. We had mutual friends. And we still didn't meet! After Ty graduated and moved back to Texas, I flew all the way to England and happened to share a room with Olivia, the wife of one of Ty's best friends. I drug her into a comic book shop and she told me that she had another nerd that I just HAD to meet. It's been 5 years with that nerd and we couldn't be happier!
