Black Tie / Cocktail Attire We want everyone to look and feel their best at our wedding so the attire is black tie and cocktail party themed with no official color scheme. Do's: Tuxes, tailored suits, ties, collared shirts, traditional garments, gowns, dresses, oxfords, loafers, heels, formal sandals Don'ts: Shorts, jeans, tank tops, t-shirts, sneakers, boots, flip flops Please note that October's weather can range from warm to chilly so consider bringing a jacket, shawl, scarf, and/or umbrella upon checking the forecast leading up to the big day!

There are a few ways to get to Heritage Club at Bethpage: Car: Driving, Taxi, Uber/Lyft to the address provided Public Transportation: Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Local guests can ride from Grand Central Terminal to Farmingdale or Bethpage LIRR Stations (about an hour train ride) and Taxi or Uber/Lyft to the venue which is about a 5 minute drive away Airport Distance (traffic depending) JFK Airport is 35-45 minute drive to the venue LaGuardia Airport is 45-60 min drive to the venue

Yes, there will be valet parking attendants on location.

See the list of hotels that are within a 10-15 minute drive to the venue: Hilton Garden Inn Melville Four Point Sheraton Plainview Long Island Hilton Melville Marriott Melville Marriott Courtyard Alternatively, you can book an Airbnb near the venue by searching surrounding homes in Farmingdale, New York and seeing how close the drive is. If you don't want to stay on Long Island and would rather enjoy the weekend in Manhattan or Brooklyn and commute via the Long Island Railroad the day of the wedding, that's an option too! Just look at the directions above.

Unless there is a special circumstance discussed and confirmed with the couple, this is an adults-only celebration.

If it's warm enough, the goal is to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors. If the weather is not on our side the wedding will be indoors. Either way, we've got you covered!
