Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire (Midi or floor length dresses, Suits/button ups w/slacks are appropriate). Fall colors are encouraged. Please no jeans or denim & avoid shades of white. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors. Note: *Parents of bride & groom will be in a black and white color palette ** We ask the male guests to please choose their favorite colored or printed button up shirt and avoid white button ups with their suits so the parents can stand out!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to a limited space & budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourselves. Cheers!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15, 2025. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "declined/not attending". If you cannot make it after you have RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 05:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 5:00 PM will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has ample amounts of parking just outside of the entrance. Should you need assistance from your vehicle to your seat, please let us know and we will make arrangements for you.

Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We're requesting an UNPLUGGED ceremony. This means once the ceremony starts, it is our wish that all cellphones will be silenced and put away to allow our photographer & videographer to work their magic, without any obstacles! However, cellphones are welcomed and encouraged during the cocktail hour & reception. We want to see all the candids you get! We will have a link to upload all of your photos to so that we can be included in the fun too!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bridal party & parents will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy the open bar with appetizers!

Can I make a speech or toast at the wedding?

Answer

If you wish to make a toast or speech, please let us know so we can plan for that time! We would love to hear the support from our family, regardless of wedding party and traditions. Reach out to us by phone call or email!
