Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled!! Due to the layout of Drakes Landing, when you walk into the building, you will walk through the reception hall first, so please, if it is beneficial for you, we recommend that you find your table and place any belongings there. Otherwise, we recommend you arrive about an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. No jeans, please! The ceremony will be outside, so please dress according to the weather as well.

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love!! Question

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. No jeans, please! The ceremony will be outside, so please dress according to the weather as well. The colors navy, terracotta, Sage green, and white are reserved for our wedding party. We want to make sure that they stand out on our big day, so we prefer that you don't wear these colors, but every other color is free for you to wear!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony, we have decided to have an unplugged ceremony to ensure everyone is present with us on our big day, as well as to ensure that our photographer is able to get the best shots possible without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens. As for the reception, we loved the idea of getting a variety of photos from different perspectives, vantage points, and different activities going on throughout the rest of the night. So we will have QR codes on each of your tables that you scan, which will bring you to a disposable camera app. So have fun with it!!
