The story of us

From high school, too forever

We met in the early summer of 2018 and quickly grew inseparable. We spent that whole summer together having fun and being kids until school started. I was going into my senior year, and Tyler was starting his junior year at Silver Lake. We spent every second we could together in the halls, after school, and on the weekends. The shy stage didn't last long at all; in no time, we had each other giggling over the dumbest things and laughing for hours on end. As time went on, school ended, and jobs changed, but the pure love we have for each other has never changed, but only grown stronger. In October 2020, Tyler and I, being 19 and Tyler 18, asked my grandfather if we could rent out the downstairs apartment for $500 a month. We soon got to call Hanson, the house I grew up in, home for the next year and a half. Hanson taught us how to be strong and independent, and how to work together. Our journey then continued to Quincy for four months, where we learned to be patient, thankful, and responsible. Almost every day, we sat at Nut Island in Hough's Neck to watch the sunset over Boston. We then moved into our current home and have built a life together with our two cats, Obi and Onyx. This stage in life has taught us to be happy about the little things; hard work does pay off, and not to let the cat’s gang up on us, lol. Over the past five years, we have traveled the world. Florida three times, our big trip to California, Utah, and Nevada. Acadia twice, Georgia, Maine, New York, the Bahamas, our amazing long trip to Italy, and more trips to New Hampshire than we can count. We have visited 8 of 63 National Parks (Acadia, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Bryce, Zion, Everglades, Biscayne, and Dry Tortugas) and have full plans to visit them all. We have laughed together, and we have cried together, we have made the most perfect life together, and it's just getting started. On our wedding day, September 27th, 2027, we will be together for nine years. Looking back and reflecting on the nine years we have been together and all the memories we have made, brings tears to my eyes. These last nine years have been a fairytale.
