Travel Note
Getting to Provincetown can take a little bit of extra planning. We've outlined a few ideas here, and you can check out the town's official tourism website for other suggestions.
Flight
Guests flying into Boston Logan have the option of continuing on to the Provincetown Airport, taking the fast ferry from Boston (10 minute drive from airport and 90 minute boat ride - see below!), or renting a car and driving to Provincetown (3.5 hours).
Flight
Provincetown has a small airport with service to Boston (JetBlue or Cape Air).
Travel Note
From Boston, you can easily take a ferry to Ptown. They run several times per day, everyday, and take about 90 minutes. This is our favorite way to get out to Ptown, and is also a fun way to see the coastline. Two operators leave from a similar part of Boston (similar distances from Boston-Logan Airport), arrive to the dock in Ptown (MacMillan Pier), and charge similar prices. Check out their websites and see what's best for your travel needs! 1. Travel Note
There is a 3.5 hour bus service to Provincetown from all terminals of Boston-Logan airport. Round-trip tickets cost $78, and can be purchased online.
Travel Note
Provincetown has lots of little hotels, bed & breakfasts, and vacation rentals (i.e., Airbnb, VRBO), many of which are within walking distance (or a short taxi) from the ferry terminal. We recommend booking well in advance. All of the wedding events will be within walking distance of 404 Commercial Street. We've stayed in the three hotels listed below, but also recommend looking beyond these for something that works for you!
