Question

What precautions will you be taking due to COVID-19?

Answer

When you arrive, you will be asked to put on your mask and your temperature will be taken. If your temperature is above 100.4, we will ask you to leave for the health and safety of our other guests. We will have a bracelet station with three color options to let everyone know your comfort level with social distancing! Red means please stay away. Yellow means I am comfortable with 6 feet apart. Green means I am comfortable with high fives and hugs. We hope this system will allow each of you to feel comfortable, and know right away how everyone around you wants to be treated! We will add extra chairs and spread them a bit farther apart so that everyone can appropriately social distance throughout. Your food will be served to you by staff wearing gloves and masks rather than each guest serving themselves. The plastic ware will be rolled safely in a napkin so you know it is safely sanitized and ready for use! Despite these changes, we know our wedding will be a blast, and can’t wait!

Will you have a bar?

Answer

Yes! Our bar will be served by professional bartenders wearing gloves and masks. We will be serving beer, wine, and two signature cocktails.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin at 6:00pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES! Bring all your children if you would like. If you are bringing children under 13, we will be providing activity backpacks to help them have as much fun as possible!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking lot right across from the venue! However, there may be construction going on in that area. If this is the case, about one half of the lot will be unavailable to us. We will update the website as more information becomes known concerning construction!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one included in your invitation, absolutely! If you would like to bring a date but do not have a plus one on your invite, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask us.

Why did I not get an invitation?

Answer

It has come to our attention that some of our invitations have either gotten lost or were not received by our guests due to unknown reasons. We apologize if you are one of those guests! We have done our best to rectify this mistake with our change the dates by double and triple checking to make sure everyone on the guest list receives our new date in the mail!
