At Jennings Trace, there is ample parking available to accommodate guests.
We love your little ones! However, due to our limited guest list and attempts to include as many adult loved ones as possible, we respectfully request that only children that are part of the wedding or included on your invitations attend. Please use this as an advance notice to book a sitter or coordinate child care. We hope you understand and enjoy a parent’s night out!
Please understand that we have have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation. There will only be food and seats available for guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. We respectfully ask that you not bring along extra guests.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up and look their best! We are requesting a formal/cocktail dress code for our wedding. Please, no jeans or short. Also, please avoid wearing colors typically reserved for the bride (solid white, cream, ivory, etc.) If you are interested in dressing in line with the aesthetic of the wedding, we suggest neutral tones such as browns, tans, champagne, or black.
Per the guidelines at Jennings Trace, all alcoholic beverages must be provided and poured exclusively by the venue. Absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages are allowed. Beer and wine will be available for all guests over the age of 21, with liquor served on a cash bar basis. We do not condone underage drinking.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will allow guests to have time to sign guest book and find seating ahead of the ceremony.
Please note that only guests who have confirmed their attendance via the wedding website by October 23rd will be accounted for. Please be sure to RSVP for yourself, and any guest(s) that have been allotted to you.
We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means that we kindly ask that you put away your phones & cameras to be present with us and fully enjoy the ceremony. We have professional photographers and videographers to capture this moment.
