When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Friday, February 14th 2025. If circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible at tyingthetrott@gmail.com.

When is the deadline for booking a room at The Loren using the discount code?

Answer

To receive our discounted room rate, you must book by February 23rd 2025. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a limited guest list. Our celebration is strictly by invitation only.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough but should you wish to shower us with a gift, please see our honeymoon registry linked in the 'Registry' tab. A card box will also be located at the ceremony and reception.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Parking is available at City Hall Car Park near the Cathedral in Hamilton. Parking at the Loren is limited, carpooling is strongly recommended.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony. Please turn off all cellphones and cameras and enjoy this moment with us.

Is there a dress code or color scheme?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal attire. We ask that you refrain from wearing green or beige.

Wine will be served with dinner. There will be a cash bar available thereafter.
