We're getting married!

Skylar and Josh met in high school in 2019. Josh was a year ahead of Skylar, so they did not have any classes together. There was only one part of the day where the two may have the chance to meet, and that was during the "flex" period in the middle of the day. Skylar's flex teacher was one of Josh's favorites, so he often came to visit. Josh would be in the room with lots of his friends, while Skylar would often sit at her desk in the corner and read whichever book she was engulfed in at the moment. Josh knew of Skylar and Skylar of Josh, but they did not interact much during this time until one day when Josh decided to make his move! He walked up to Skylar, reading her book at her desk, looked at her, and asked, "What are you reading?" Who knows if Josh was truly interested in the book title or if it was just a leeway to his true intent? Because the next thing he asked was, "Are you gonna eat those?" referring to her bag of Utz butter pretzels sitting on the desk. Skylar kindly gave away her snack and the two of them talked a little while longer. This sparked the beginning of their friendship and what would soon become, without them knowing, their relationship. After Josh offered to help Skylar with her book bag while on crutches and a time of walking together in the halls between classes, Josh finally asked Skylar for her phone number. It wasn’t long after that they had their first date at Rita's. While on that first date, they were realizing more just how easy it was to connect and laugh with one another. A couple dates later and after getting ice cream on the evening of June 12th, Josh asked Skylar if they could officially start dating. As we all know, she said yes and nearly six years later we are getting ready to celebrate the happy couple getting married! And to think where they'd be if it wasn't for those pretzels!
