- RSVP by April 1, 2025 in order to receive an invitation
- Get a passport or have it renewed if needed
- Have your transportation to and from the airport set-up 
before boarding your flight in May 2026
- Book your hotel and flight
- Notify the Couple on if you will or will not be apart of Boat day.
- Send $45 to Ray or Tyia for the private Boat experience with a private chef by February 1,2026 to ensure your spot.
