Curtis had spotted Tyff on a mutual friends posts for a while and he really wanted to meet her. With the help of the friend, he managed to get to her, had a few chats and soon after had their first date. Funnily, they connected almost immediately, conversed as if they were long term best friends and it didn’t take Curtis that long to know that he wanted to ask Tyff to be his girl. On 30th January 2020 their love journey started.

So Tyff left home with our friend Janet knowing they were going for a mutual friend's birthday dinner. Little did she know she was getting ready to go to her engagement. They arrived to a beautifully lit set up where Curtis was patiently waiting for her wearing the biggest smile on his face. He took her hand and redirected her to follow a path of roses that led to a 'will you marry me' sign. By then tears were already flowing down her face and he got down on one knee and asked her to Marry him and when she said yes all their close friends came from the background happy and rejoicing. It was a beautiful and intimate celebration filled with so much love and happiness.
