Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire: Suits preferable for men. Women may wear a short or long dress. Any fun patterns are welcome. Please refrain from wearing a white (or similar color) dress :)

Can I bring a date?

Unless your wedding invitation was addressed "and Guest" you may not bring a date.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
We will be providing a shuttle if you are staying at the Fairfield Inn, but if you would like to drive yourself there is plenty of parking down the hill to the right of the glass gazebo.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

If you are driving yourself, please arrive by 4:15 PM.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held in the glass gazebo which will either be open air or we can close it and pump the air conditioning if it is a hot day. Dinner will be held outdoors, so dress accordingly.

Can I book one of the Leisure Lake accommodations for my stay?
Answer
No. We have reserved the mansion and chalets on-site for the wedding party and immediate family. We will reach out to those who will be staying on site. All other guests can book with our room block or any other nearby accommodations.

What kind of food will be served?

There will be charcuterie at cocktail hour. We are having all-you-can-eat Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas for dinner. There will also be a couple of hot catered Italian food options.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

You can indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you submit your RSVP. Our pizza vendor has gluten-free crusts upon request.

Yes - her name will be Taylor McGilligan. However, Taylor already received a NewlyNamed box, so please do not gift one.
