What is the process for booking a room at Ponte Inn?
Answer
Guests will receive a 15% discount off the standard rate when booking with our wedding discount code. Please note that a one-night room and tax deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation. Cancellations and reservation changes must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled stay to avoid charges. Reservations may be made by visiting www.pontevineyardinn.com or by calling (951) 587-6688. When booking, please indicate you are reserving accommodations for the Ruiz & Mashek wedding and reference the promo code PFEWedding to receive the wedding rate.

Where will the wedding ceremony and reception be held?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Ponte Vineyard in Temecula, California. The ceremony will take place in the Vineyard View Garden, followed by the reception in the Vineyard Pavilion.

Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception and dinner. November afternoons in Temecula average in the mid to high 60s, with temperatures cooling after sunset; guests may wish to bring a light jacket or shawl for outdoor portions of the celebration.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows all of our guests to relax and fully enjoy the evening. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Formal invitations are addressed to our invited guests, and we hope you’ll join us as named. Due to venue space accommodations, we kindly ask that no additional plus-ones be included.

If we are traveling from out of town, what are our options for getting to and from the hotel?
Answer
For guests traveling from out of town, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, as well as rental cars, are the most convenient options for getting to and from the hotel. If you have any questions or concerns about transportation from the airport, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the bride and groom.
