Brewhalla is a one-of-a-kind brewery experience, home to Drekker Brewing Co. and a vibrant market filled with locally owned small businesses. From oysters and pizza to ice cream, plants, and handmade gifts, there’s something for everyone. With arcade games and a kid-friendly atmosphere, it’s a fun stop for the whole family.
The Fargo Air Museum has been a meaningful part of our time in Fargo. Ty and I have been supportive members and volunteers for years. It’s also where we host Girls in Aviation Day—an event I helped start with a local women in aviation chapter. We always enjoy seeing the restoration projects and learning more about local aviation history.
The Fargodome will be buzzing while you’re in town—it’s NDSU Homecoming weekend! Fargo loves its Bison, so don’t be surprised if you see green and gold everywhere. Ty and I have always enjoyed the tailgating scene, and if you’re up for it, it’s worth checking out before the wedding for a fun and unforgettable experience. Go Bison!
The Hjemkomst Center is a cool museum in Moorhead, just across the river from Fargo. It features a full-scale replica Viking ship and exhibits on local and Scandinavian history.
The Red River Market is one of our favorite summer traditions and the cutest farmers market. We love stopping by for a fun drink, trying new foods, and catching some live music or street entertainment. It’s also a great excuse to explore the downtown Fargo shops while you’re there.
