FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jennifer Czech and Tyler Cramer
Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

If you're looking to relax in the secluded mountains, the cabins at the ranch are a great option! There are several activities available at the ranch as well. If you want central access to town or to explore, we recommend staying at a hotel in town- the Best Western, the Cody, or the Hampton- located at the end of town on the way to the ranch. There are several other hotel options in town as well. We will have shuttles picking up and dropping off in town for the wedding day. If looking for an airbnb, the South Fork area will be closest to the ranch, and North Fork is closest to Yellowstone. More information on hotels are under the travel section of our website.

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

We will have a shuttle to take people from town to the ranch the day of the wedding. Ubers are limited in Cody, so we do recommend getting a rental car as Cody is very spread out and driving is the best way to take in the beauty of Wyoming and explore the surrounding area!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Friday: Elevated Western Throw on those cowboy hats, boots & bolo ties! Think relaxed ranch meets cocktail attire — flowy dresses, boots, relaxed button-downs, denim layers. We will have the warmth of the bonfire, but it can get chilly at night, so make sure to bring a coat! Wedding Day: Outdoor Formal For the Gals: Long or maxi dresses; the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so we recommend footwear suitable for grass and gravel and bringing a layer for the cool evening weather. For the Boys: suit, tie optional; no jeans please Earth tones, blues, sage greens, pale yellows, and soft neutrals all photograph beautifully against the Wyoming landscape! *PSA* temperatures drop in the evening

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Although the weather can always be a bit unpredictable in Cody, weather is expected to be sunny & pleasant during the day, with crisp evenings. Highs of upper 60s-low 70s with Lows of mid 40s-50s at night. There will be a low chance of rain but the area can get very windy. It would be best to pack some layers to make sure you're comfortable!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. Meet at the Big Horn Lodge where wagons will take guests to the ceremony site located at Flying H Meadows. We welcome guests to arrive early to enjoy and explore the ranch.

Question

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have organized a shuttle to take you from town to the ranch and then back once the night concludes.

Question

How far is the ranch from town?

Answer

Nestled along the beautiful South Fork of the Shoshone River, the ranch is approximately 50 minutes from downtown Cody. Enjoy a picturesque drive through Wyoming's stunning landscape on a paved country road that takes you through the valley directly to the ranch. Expect to see deer, elk, antelope, and maybe a bald eagle along your drive! You will lose service once you leave town, so make sure to have your map downloaded.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could include everyone at our wedding, but unless the person is listed on your invite or RSVP we will not be including plus ones.
