Is the ceremony optional?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony is optional. If you can't make it to the ceremony or the reception, please respond accordingly in the RSVP.

Why is the reception three hours after the ceremony ends?

Answer

Haha great question. Based on church availability, the ceremony has to be earlier in the afternoon. We want our reception to be closer to sunset time and enjoyable for guests since it will be outdoors. This will also give us time to take pictures in between, spend time with family, and relax a little. You are free to do whatever you would like in between!

What kind of food will there be?

Answer

We will have a grazing board for guests once they arrive, then a few of our favorites for dinner an dessert--Nona's Pizza and Beau's BBQ.

Where do we park at Davis Islands Garden Club for the Reception?

Answer

If you are driving to the Reception, parking is available at the marina next door to the right of the venue.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors at Light of Christ Catholic Church, and the reception will be outdoors on the water at Davis Islands Garden Club.

Are kids invited?

Yes! The reception is outdoors on the water so keep an eye on your little ones please :)
