If you have any additional questions, other than those listed below, please reach out to our wedding planner, Martin Gelabart at guests@paradiseweddings.com or call 877-737-0177 (option 2) ext 208 (Martin). He is available by phone 6 am to 2 pm PST.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to dress in a way that feels polished, comfortable, and celebration-ready. Long dresses are preferred, especially in beach-friendly colors that complement the setting. Dress shirts are encouraged, and going without a jacket is perfectly fine for a relaxed, coastal vibe. Slacks, linens, or golf shorts are preferred over denim for a more elevated look. For the ceremony, please plan to wear shoes so everyone can move easily and comfortably throughout the event. For the reception shoes are optional! Question

Will transportation to and from the airport be provided?

Answer

YES! The hotel provides airport shuttles. These can be arranged through the hotel at no additional charge up to 45 days before the travel dates. At that time please send flight information for transportation to guests@paradiseweddings.com!

Question

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather pending. It may get drafty later in the evening, so bring a shawl or sweater!

Question

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! However, we’re so grateful you’re celebrating with us, especially given the time and expense of traveling for our destination wedding. Your presence truly means the world to us, and we recognize the commitment it takes to be there. While we’ve created a registry for those who feel inclined, please know that gifts are completely optional—celebrating together is more than enough for us.

Question

Are there plus ones?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate and intentional, we’ve chosen to extend invitations to specific guests listed on each invite. We truly wish we could include everyone, but due to space and planning considerations, we’re only able to accommodate those named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding and for helping us create a meaningful and manageable celebration.

Question

Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! Please indicate on your invitation and we will inform the wedding team!

Question

How do I book/pay for my room?

Answer

Use this link (https://l.paradiseweddings.com/isabel-and-tyler) and the code is (0313) when booking so you can get the rate that we blocked when we signed with the venue. You will have until Oct 15, 2026 to make 1st and 2nd deposits, then until Nov 5, 2026 to make final payment! Payment plans and other ways to pay are available. This price is all inclusive, meaning you will have access to airport shuttles, the waterpark, kayaking, guided tours. You will have up to 45 days before the travel dates to send flight information for transportation

Question

When do I need to RSVP and book by?

Answer

Please RSVP and provide your first deposit by October 15th, 2026!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but for this special day, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. Our goal is to create a relaxed and intimate atmosphere where everyone can fully unwind, celebrate, and enjoy the evening without distraction. We hope this gives you a chance to take a well-deserved night off and join us for a fun, memorable time. Thank you so much for understanding and for helping us make our day exactly as we’ve envisioned it—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
