We had known each other years before we actually started dating. We were on the same bowling league. On April 26, 2018, I walk in and my team is bowling for first place against Ty's team. He strikes up a conversation by asking me if my son played baseball. I tease him about that being his pick up line. As the night goes on, in one particular frame, Ty knocks down nine pins and leaves the 5 pin only. I proceeded to tell him that he owed me a drink since he missed that spare. We spent the rest of the evening just getting to know each other. Even after the bowling alley had closed, we sat in the parking lot and talked some more. He asked me for my number and the rest is history.
