We're getting married!

We met in Summer 2007, where we instantly hit it off! Unfortunately things ended like any other high school relationship (short lived & worst heartbreak ever) but we continued to stay in touch. I decided to stay local & accepted a softball scholarship from MSU-Billings while completing my undergrad in Psychology. Ty went from Bozeman - Missoula - Billings to ultimately find a career in Sheet Metal. We later reconnected in 2017, where we decided to take things seriously. A few years later, I expressed my need for a dog (Ty said no) so what did I do? I got a dog - Baylor! Although Ty was against it, they’re now inseparable and sadly Baylor’s favorite. In December 2019, we decided to take a leap of faith & move in together. Navigating a new home, grad school, Ty’s apprenticeship, and a global pandemic, he somehow convinced himself that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me.

After what felt like a never ending lockdown, Ty & I decided it was time for a weekend getaway - we settled on Bozeman, MT. We had everything planned (well I had everything planned) & due to COVID, nothing ended up working out how we thought - long waits, limited space, and no reservations. Overall, we ended up having an absolute blast with no agenda & grabbed a quick nightcap / late night pizza slice before heading back to our Airbnb. There in private, Tyler James Philip got on one knee (x2 because I couldn’t believe it) & asked me to marry him! I obviously said yes, balled my eyes out & asked a billion questions - he had the ring in his pocket the entire night! We're so excited to celebrate with you! See you soon.
