We are looking forward to celebrating with you! We would like for you to kick off your shoes, dance, and celebrate a child-free evening with us. However if you are unable to make arrangements for your children, please don’t miss our wedding. Just let the bride know that you will be bringing children so we can accommodate properly!
Managing our guest count is crucial to planning our day efficiently. Everyone in your family/household who we wish to have in attendance at our wedding will be listed on your invitation. Those who are not married, you will have a “plus-one” write in option on your invitation for RSVP purposes.
The deadline for ALL guests to RSVP is October 1, 2025. Please don’t assume we know you are attending. Exact counts are crucial to accommodating everyone! If you cannot meet the deadline, you will be missed dearly and we hope to celebrate with you at another time.
Online RSVP will be turned on for all wedding events. But we ask to please post back or hand deliver your RSVP card to the bride and groom so we can get the most accurate counts and proper spellings of plus-one names.
The ceremony and reception will both be held inside Disalvo’s Station. 325 McKinley Ave. Latrobe PA 15650
Yes! There are rooms blocked off at the Springhill Suites following the wedding. (Link in the “Things to Do” tab) There is also a shuttle service to the hotel that runs until 1AM. Limited rooms are available, so please book promptly and accordingly. Cutoff date to book rooms at discounted rate is 10/1/25. Mention “Shupenko Wedding” to receive discounted rate.
Our dress code is formal. We want you to look your best while you celebrate with us! We will also have a live painter to showcase everyone’s fabulous outfits so dress to impress! No jeans please. Any floor length dress paired with your favorite accessories, and/or dress pants with a button down shirt are most appropriate for this evening.
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. If you are skipping out on the ceremony, plan to be in attendance by 4PM.
We love our photographer and you will too! We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos at our ceremony. There will be plenty of photo opportunities during the reception! (Including a photo backdrop!)
We will have an elegantly decorated photo backdrop set up for a photo guest book and leisure photos.
Please let the bride/groom know if you have any dietary restrictions that we need to accommodate. We will be happy to do so, just let us know on your RSVP card.
Our reception is scheduled to end at 10PM.
Yes! Please join us down in Joey D’s Cigar Bar (located on the lower level of our venue) at the end of our reception. Fully stocked bar, large selection of cigars, pool table, snacks, couches, and TV. Last call is at 1AM, last shuttle to hotel leaves at 1:30AM.
