FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by August 11, 2024 by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. Unfortunately, we may not be able to accomodate those who RSVP beyond our deadline.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress to impress for our big day. We're suggesting cocktail attire for our guests, but be sure that you can bust it down on the dance floor in whatever you decide on!

Question

Any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors that are traditionally reserved for the Bride: whites, ivories, and creams.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accomodate the individual(s) named on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will both take place indoors, but Omaha weather can often be unpredictable (locals can attest to this!). Plan to bring layers as needed when coming to and from wedding festivities.

Question

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking structure within one block of the venue, along with limited street parking.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45pm to take your seat, as doors will be closed once the ceremony begins and will not reopen until the ceremony has concluded.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on the newlyweds and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!

Question

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

All good things must come to an end! Our wedding will conclude at 11pm, but after plans are highly encouraged.

Question

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

We understand that everyone has unique preferences when it comes to lodging, so we have provided suggestions on our Travel page with a few of our favorite places to stay. Whether you're looking for a cozy bed and breakfast, a modern boutique hotel, or a charming Airbnb, there's something for every style and budget. We encourage you to explore the variety of options available in the local Omaha area!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab as soon as you are able so we may be able to plan accordingly.
