Maid of Honor
Teresa is Erin's Maid of Honor and high school (and current!) best friend. Through theater departments, color guard, choir, difficult AP classes, eight years and a hundred miles, Teresa has been a steadfast goofball and support net for Erin. Late-night, wine-drunk FaceTime calls and annual New Year's Eve parties have paved the way for their friendship to be life-long. Teresa was always Erin's first choice for her Maid of Honor. Teresa graduates from West Virginia University with her degree in Forensic Science this year!
Hannah Wheeler
Best of Honor, Maid of Man
As Rowan is neither a man nor a woman, Hannah is neither the traditional Maid of Honor or Best Man. Instead, her full title is: Best of Honor, Maid of Man, or BOHMOM for short. Hannah is Rowan's best friend and twin flame. They met editing each others' essays their freshman year of college and have been mistaken as a couple ever since! She is intelligent, reliable, spontaneous, and the funniest person Rowan has ever met. Hannah graduates from Shenandoah University in 2022 with her degree in Music Therapy.
Brynna Strader
Bridesmaid
Brynna is a dear friend of Erin and Rowan, as well as their ex-roommate and designated cat-sitter. She's proven herself in the years she's known them, after binging show after show and playing in half a dozen D&D campaigns, to be an incredible artist and loving friend. She'll be graduating from Shenandoah University with degrees in Media & Communications and Virtual Reality Design in 2022.
Jenni Vega
Rowan's Wedding Party
Jennifer has been friends with Rowan since high school. In fact, she's the only person Rowan has stayed close to from high school, and with good reason - she was and will always be the most consistent and cheerful ray of sunshine in Rowan's life. Jenni will graduate from Virginia Wesleyan's honors college with degrees in Theater and Political Science in 2021.
Syl Winch
Bridal Attendant
Syl first met Rowan through Shenandoah Conservatory's Music Composition program. Since then, they've been playing D&D, helping move apartments, and changing tires for Rowan & Erin, and through it that have maintained creativity, kindness, humor, and communication. Syl is a delightful string bean, and Erin is thrilled to see them in person for the first time in over a year for the wedding!
Athena Scalzi
Rowan's Wedding Party
Athena is Rowan's oldest friend, and the one furthest away. From friendship bracelets and shared boyfriends in third grade, they've evolved into the best example of a stable long-distance friendship Rowan has ever seen, let alone participated in. Athena was the first person Rowan knew would be at their wedding, and a decade and a half later, they finally get to make good on that knowledge.
