WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR GUESTS?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for guests is all black semi-formal. Ladies can wear long gown, midi dresses or chic pantsuit. Gentlemen can wear black suit, or long sleeves with any shoes.

IS IT OKAY TO WEAR WHITE?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or ivory, as those colors are reserved for the couple.

WHAT TIME SHOULD ARRIVE?

Please be there at exactly at 1:30 p.m. Kindly consider the traffic and travel time.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking for both the church and reception area. So you can arrive stress-free!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

We recommend considering alternative transportation options like taxi and grab.

CAN I BRINGS GUEST?

Answer

No. Unless we personally confirmed this. Please refer to the number of seat/s allotted for you. As much as we love to have everyone celebrate with us, unfortunately we can only accommodate a limited number of guests due to venue restrictions. We want to be surrounded by our families, friends, familiar faces, meaning we can only take in those who are invited.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We absolutely love your kids, but unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate them at the venue. The only little ones attending will be those in the entourage, nephews and nieces. We hope you understand and enjoy a fun night out!

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

It would mean a lot to us to have you celebrate with us, as you’re so close to our hearts. If something comes up and you can’t attend, we totally understand just let us know as soon as you can so we can give your seat to another guest.

CAN I GO STRAIGHT TO THE RECEPTION IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE CEREMONY?

Of course, just kindly let us know ahead of time so we can update your seat at the reception. We'll still be so happy to celebrate with you!

DO YOU PREFER CASH GIFTS?

Answer

Having you at our wedding means the world to us! If you feel like giving a little something extra, a monetary gift would be amazing as we kick off our new life together. Can’t wait to celebrate with you!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We will be having an UNPLUGGED Ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones be put away and set to silent mode. All guests are requested to refrain from taking pictures / videos during the wedding ceremony. After we announced as husband and wife, you're free to take a shot. Most importantly, do not block the view of our hired professional photo and video team. We promise to share the photos after the wedding..

CAN WE SEAT ANYWHERE DURING THE RECEPTION?

No. we planned a seating arrangement for our guest's convenience and group familiarity. Our coordinator will gladly assist you on your designated seats.

WHEN IS THE APPROPRIATE TIME TO LEAVE?

Answer

It took us a year to plan a wedding that everyone will hopefully enjoy. We aim to end the program at around 8:00pm. PLEASE DON'T EAT AND RUN. :)

HOW CAN WE HELP THE COUPLE HAVE THE BEST TIME DURING THEIR WEDDING?

Answer

Pray with us for favors and provisions. Confirm your attendance now. Wear appropriate attire. Be there on time. Stay until the end of the program. Participate, enjoy and have fun.

HOW LONG IS THE TRAVEL TIME FROM CHURCH TO RECEPTION VENUE?

Answer

Usual time is 20 minutes please allot at least 30 minutes travel.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks, photobooth and a live making pizza.

IS THERE AN OPEN BAR?

Certainly! The drinks are on us the hangover is on you!! Cheers to celebrating together! Please drink responsibly.

IF I RSVP "NO" BUT MY SCHEDULE SUDDENLY FREES UP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Answer

We’d love to hear from you as soon as possible so we can confirm your attendance. We hope you understand that your seat may have already been offered to someone else, but we truly appreciate for letting us know.
