Wedding Party

Meet the folks who contributed to the chaos.

Isaiah Goodman

Best Man

Words cannot do justice to this man whom it is a pleasure to call a brother. Over the years we have been closer, usually messaging each other every day. And when I make the trip home, we have our little adventures: whether going to Cracker Barrel or Payne's (a british restaurant), or making one of our historic trips to Fort Wayne, we have made memories that I will cherish.

Kathryn Temple

Matron of Honor

Kathryn Temple is not only my name twin but a true and dependable sister to me. Our love for coffee, Christ, and the dynamic duo perhaps separated at birth - Spencer and Wes - have brought us together. Kathryn T has really helped make Cleveland home, and her caring heart, spirit for fun, and listening ear have gotten me through much. It is an honor to share the same name with you!

Dylan Keiser

Groomsman

This gentleman I met in 2014, as we both moved into the same college dorm. We were some of the lucky ones, randomly assigned to live in a suit in the dorm. We didn't share a room, but lived across the hall from each other in our small neck of the dorm woods.

Sara Jorgenson

Bridesmaid

My STEM sister in Christ is a delight and an adventurous soul that has grown mine. We bonded over grad school and have had so many adventures to boba, beach, and board games and beyond! She is a loyal and trustworthy friend and a sister to me who has been a shoulder to cry on and has literally pushed me to new heights as she introduced me to rock climbing!

Hayden Keiser

Groomsman

The first time I saw this man was 2014-standing a broad 6 foot something with a grey beanie hat on, he looked like "business". I did not want to mess with him as he was helping Dylan move into our college dorm. In fact, I don't believe we said a word to each other until 2017 when Dylan and I took our first trip to Michigan to stay with Hayden. But from there, I was shocked yet very grateful to meet someone who could be a close friend and someone who will "shoot me straight".

Tesla Garcia

Bridesmaid

As one of the chillest, lovely, and warm souls, Tesla has been one of the women that my heart just smiles at when we get to visit. I met her in 2016 at our college church at Texas A&M, and we bonded over Jesus, being in a long line of flaky small group beginners, and Gilmore Girls. Tesla is a rock, sunbeam, and the greatest hype woman all in one as my sweet sister through thick and thin.

Wes Temple

Groomsman

I first met this lad at a board game night at Kathryn's house. This was early on in Kathryn and I's relationship and we were probably keeping things light by having group outings. I remember I was trying to keep up with Wes's seemingly endless references to things I'd vaguely heard about. A man of culture, modern culture. From this first time meeting him until now, our ability to keep quipping with each other oscillating to discussing deep topics has made me appreciate this man. Fun fact: the last time I drove my Ford Focus before it was ran into while parked (and I was asleep in my house) was over to Wes's house to watch the Arnold Schwarzenegger documentary on Netflix.

Chrissy Alvarez

Bridesmaid

As a musician and friend, Chrissy rocks! I met her also back in 2016 at our church at Texas A&M but through the worship band and then through our mission trips to Italy. Chrissy thinks deeply and cares immensely about the people she loves. She is the sister that never fails to make me laugh and is the first to show up when life gets hard. She is dependable and a true listener of the heart.
