Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will be inside a barn. If it rains we will have the ceremony and cocktail hour in a covered pavilion. We would recommend bringing a light jacket for the evening. The barn is not heated but we will have small blankets at the reception for guests to enjoy.

Can I bring my kids?

To allow guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking for all guests and a parking attendant will assist you upon arrival. For guests using wheel chairs or walkers, cars can pull up directly to the barn in the circle drive to drop off guests and proceed to park in the parking lot.

How will I get to the wedding venue if I am staying at the hotel?

Answer

If you are staying at the Montcler hotel, free shuttle service will be provided. Shuttles to the ceremony will run every 45 minutes from 3:00 to 4:30 pm and returning shuttles from the reception to the hotel will run every hour from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Tex-Mex style food will be served buffet style at the Reception. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will be available. An open bar including beer, wine, and signature cocktails will be served throughout the duration of Cocktail Hour and the Reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you join us in being fully present by putting away your cell phone during the ceremony. We promise to share our wedding photos from our professional photographer after our big day!
