When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by June 1st so we can notify our vendors with a final head count.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire for the event is dressy casual or classy country - and yes, cowboy boots are not only welcome but encouraged! Since the wedding will take place indoor and outdoor, we recommend you wear footwear that can go straight from the grass to the dance floor.

Plus ones have been issued on your RSVP card and are noted by the number of seats available.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you want to stay close to the venue, there is a highly-rated Hampton Inn and Suites in Hope, Arkansas. The restaurants and nightlife in Hope are a little limited, but the drive is only 8 miles to the venue. 2700 N Hervey St, Hope, AR 71801 There are many options for hotels in Texarkana with a little more nightlife and a choice of restaurant. One of the nicer ones is the Hilton Garden Inn. The venue is about 40 miles away from the many hotels in Texarkana, but there is a lot more to do in Texarkana then there is Hope. 2910 S Cowhorn Creek Loop, Texarkana, TX 75503

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The RSVP card has a place to fill out food allergies and preferences. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone, including a selection of gluten-free desserts for those who can't have a slice of wedding cake. If you need to update this information, please contact the bride at the email above.
