Taylor & Taylor are getting married!

Our story began in March 2016 in Washington, D.C. After romantically swiping right to each other on Tinder (a dating app), we set up our first date at Roofers Union, a bar in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC. Despite never having met Taylor (boy) before, and being the recipient of a very original opening line, "Hey, I like your name..." Taylor (girl) agreed to go out on a date. We both admit that our mutual love for country singer Corey Smith sparked an instant connection. On our first date we spent so long chatting away, we closed the bar down on a random Tuesday night. In what would later be considered an amusing twist of fate, we even helped take photos of a newly engaged couple who were celebrating their news with some friends at the bar. Taylor (boy) talked about his love of George Mason basketball and Taylor (girl) managed to spend the whole night not mentioning politics (at least she doesn't remember bringing it up and if she did, Taylor (boy) was clearly not put off by it). Fast forward to 3 years later, one deployment and one presidential election down, Taylor (boy) popped the question to Taylor (girl) at Edinburgh Castle in Scotland!
