This place is amazing! We have been to the ASDM so many times, we have lost track. Fernanda has volunteered with the Stingray Touch Tank, and we can guarantee that if you go, you won't be disappointed!
Mt. Lemmon highway has been the stage of so many great memories and countless fun night drives to see the city lights and stars. It is fairly cold up there in February, but there's a good chance you could find snow! So bring a jacket, some hot chocolate, and enjoy the fresh mountain air!
A must-see place in southern Arizona if you haven't already been! Kartchner Caverns is ever-changing, so if you have been some time ago, it would be worth checking out again.
The visitor center is in Saguaro National Park East and has a great assortment of trails and a paved loop that is great for walking or cycling. The gift shop in the visitors center has some fun souvenirs!
A great place for a short hike, or just to take in the beautiful desert scenery, this park is very close to Old Tucson and The Desert Museum.
From visittucson.org: "Old Tucson is one of Arizona's top Wild West attractions, featuring live-action stunt shows, musicals and live entertainment, vintage rides for the kids, genuine southwest BBQ and special events throughout the season." It's out near The Sonoran Desert Museum and Saguaro Park West, and they could easily be done in the same day!
Located inside the kid-friendly mini theme park and shops of Trail Dust Town, Pinnacle Peak can be a fun place for a steak dinner for the whole family. Just don't wear a tie!
