* We will be renting two 15-person shuttles along with a 7-person van for travel to the ceremony and to dinner on Saturday * Seating arrangements for the shuttles/vans will be provided * Please plan to leave as a group from the Main Cabin at 1:00pm on Saturday * Please note we will be in the shuttles/vans for an hour each way * The shuttles will be stocked with waters, drinks & snacks * Pack accordingly as we will not get back to the cabins until about 8:45pm-ish
* The average temperature near the cabins (North Wawona) will be a high of 73 degrees and a low of 45 degrees * The average temperature at the outdoor ceremony (Yosemite Valley) will be a high of 78 degrees and a low of 46 degrees * Statistically, there is an 8% chance of rain. We will take our chances lol * Please dress appropriately for the afternoon outdoor ceremony! Everything else will be indoors :)
* You are welcome to bring food if you would like, but meals will be provided and it is not required * We are sending a survey regarding sandwich & entree selections * If you have comments/questions on food allergies, this can be addressed on the survey * The optional Sunday morning brunch will be right after the 10:00 am check-out (details still being solidified!); Please note that Sunday brunch will not be covered by the wedding party * Note that Pine Tree Market (walking distance from cabins) is open until 8pm if needed
* Please note that additional details on food options are within the survey we have sent you! * Friday dinner will be Mexican food * Saturday breakfast will be eggs + sausage + toast * Saturday lunch will be sandwiches * The wedding dinner will be the following: * Appetizers - Belgian Endive (Herbed Goat Cheese, Fig Balsamic); Sugarcane Spiked Lamb Loin (Spicy Mango Glaze); Caramelized Sea Scallop and Pancetta * Salad - Roasted Pear Salad (Butter Lettuce, Roasted Pears, Candied Walnuts, Goat Cheese, Port Vinaigrette) * Entree Selection #1: Beef Tenderloin (Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Port Demi-Glace) * Entree Selection #2: Seared Alaskan Halibut (Roasted Corn Smoked Bacon Polenta, Seasonal Vegetables, Saffron Buerre Blanc, Lemon Oil)
* We will be providing general beer, wine, and liquor at the main cabin * If you would like something specific, please bring your own * Note that Pine Tree Market (walking distance from cabins) also sells beer/wine/liquor until 8pm * The cocktail hour at the reception will include about 2 drinks per person, after which it will shift to a cash bar

* Please use Google/Apple Maps to navigate to the cabins, and you will go through the most convenient gate * There is a $35 entry fee for each vehicle (annual senior passes are available for $20) * Carpooling is encouraged!
* There will be plenty of parking at the cabins * If you are staying at a nearby cabin, you can drive and park at the main cabin throughout the weekend * On Saturday, we will all be driving in shuttles/vans to the ceremony and reception as parking in Yosemite Valley is limited
* Girls & Guys - please bring an extra pair of athletic shoes when we head to Yosemite Valley as we will be hiking to get some awesome photos after the ceremony * Girls - please note that each of you have signed up for wedding makeup which starts 7am on Saturday * Guys - You will be required to get fitted at your nearest Men's Warehouse by 9/09/2/23 (at the VERY latest) * Guys - Suits will arrive at your preferred Men's Warehouse on 9/27/23; Please plan to pick them up that day * Guys - Suits will be collected by Tom on Sunday morning as we are leaving the cabins and will be returned that day to the Mens Warehouse in Modesto
