Are masks required? (COVID-19 Questions)

Answer

Due to the on going health concerns associated with COVID-19 and the fact that some guests might be more susceptible to the virus, we are requesting that all guest wear a mask and exercise social distancing.

Where is the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will take place at the same venue, Royal Ridge Weddings LLC. in Royal, Arkansas.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, Honeyfund, and Walmart. There are links on the Registry tab that will take you to our registry at each store.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so dress as you like. It may be chilly, so be sure to dress warm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are absolutely welcome! We just ask that you watch them.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue! We will be posting a map closer to date and there will be signs to designate on the day of!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will have an online RSVP tool that will allow you to notify us if you have any special dietary needs, and allow you to make a request.

Where do you recommend I/we stay?

Answer

We have a variety of hotel recommendations posted in the TRAVEL tab of our website.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

All guests should plan to arrive around 3:30 pm.

Are there any local places you'd recommend I visit while I'm in town?

Answer

YES! While the ceremony is occuring in Royal, Hot Springs is minutes away. You can visit the THINGS TO DO tab to find all of our recommendations!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We are still planning certain aspects of our special day! We wish to take all our guests needs into account. Please check back later for an updated answer!

Will there vegan/vegetaian/gluten-free food options?

Answer

YES! We want all our guests to enjoy every aspect of our special day, including the food! We plan to have vegan/ vegetarian and gluten-free food options available for our guests that request them.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
