Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your kids, but due to planning considerations we’re only able to include those specifically mentioned on the invitation. If bringing your children is necessary due to circumstances, please reach out to the bride and groom in advance of RSVPing. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service to/from the reception and hotels throughout the afternoon and evening. The shuttle will make a loop to pick up guests at each hotel (Best Western, AmericInn, Fairfield) and drop off at the Surf for the reception. The first pickup will begin at 3:30pm and last pickup will be no later than 4:30pm. The shuttle will begin transporting guests from the Surf back to the hotels beginning at 9:30pm and will be on a continuous loop until approximately 11:30pm. Your safety means the world to us. If you plan to enjoy a few drinks, please take advantage of the shuttle service provided.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Both the church and the Surf have ample parking for no charge.

Can I bring a date?

We’ve carefully planned our guest list, so only those named on the invitation are included. We appreciate your understanding as we keep the celebration personal.

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 16th to help us finalize our plans.
