Despite the miles between us, Crystal and I have been best friends since we were paired up to dance together during the opening number of the Snowball Pageant in 11th grade! First bonding over our lack of dancing skills, we became inseparable in 12th grade, which led to us deciding to become roommates for much of college. The fun we had during those years gave us enough memories to laugh about for the rest of our lives. Despite that, we make sure visit one another and we always have a ball. I can’t imagine life without Crystal. She is the sweetest, funniest, most real person, and there is no one on Earth who just gets me quite like her.
Chris Alcala
Best Man
Best friends since high school, Chris and Cody first bonded over their love of music. Chris played percussion in Cody’s band, called Perfect World, which consisted of their closest friends, including Aaron Joys on drums, Trent Timlin and then John Guzdzial on bass guitar, and Cody on guitar and vocals. Chris and Cody spent many years playing music together, attending countless 311 concerts and even traveling to San Diego to celebrate their high school graduation and to Las Vegas to celebrate 311 Day.

We first met Kate in August 2008 when she and our friend and coworker Eric started dating. She moved to West Palm Beach to accept a job as a veterinarian, and both being relatively new in town, we said, we should be friends! As we spent more and more time together, I realized Kate is not only extremely selfless and has the biggest heart, but she is also one of the funniest people I know. She has a quick wit, kind of a dry sense of humor and she can bust out one-liners that make me belly laugh every time. I love every chance I get to spend time with Kate, and I’m so honored to call her one of my closest friends.
Eric Pasquarelli

Eric was the very first friend to both Cody and me when we moved to West Palm Beach in 2008. Like a social chair of sorts, Eric welcomed everyone who started working at WPTV with open arms. We immediately became friends, and soon after, Eric met Kate and the rest is history. Over the years, we have enjoyed spending time together, whether we’re all at one of our homes cooking dinner, or going out to a concert or SunFest together.
Ashleigh Walters
Bridesmaid
A friend to us for years since first meeting at WPTV, we have always adored Ashleigh for her creative mind, adventurous spirit and positive outlook on life. She is someone you want to be around, and she and I have so many memories of good times we’ve shared over the years. She’s so kind, such a fun person to spend time with and I admire her desire to make the world a better place. That she truly does, and I’m grateful she’s in my life.
Rob Moore

Rob has been a friend of ours since he and his family moved down from Philadelphia. Rob is the life of the party, an admirable family man, and the most loyal friend you could ask for. It’s been an honor to to have been able to spend so many fun times with Rob and Millie over the years, and Cody is thrilled he’ll be standing up for us at the wedding!
Amanda Perna

When I first met Amanda at WPTV during a Golden Globes Watch Party, I immediately adored her and we clicked instantly. I felt our personalities were so similar. She’s so bubbly and outgoing and fun! Not only is she such an inspiration in so many ways, but she is someone you just want to be around. She’s passionate about everything she does, she’s fiercely loyal and she is such an incredible friend. We’ve had so much fun together at brunches and parties and events over the years, and I look forward to many more years of friendship!
Nicole Webb

Nicole is the little sister I never knew I needed. She basically adopted me as her big sister when we worked together at The Buzz Agency. I expected to be a bit of a mentor to her, but I think I’ve learned more from her than I’ve taught her! Nicole is funny, spunky and unpredictable, and she has the biggest heart. She makes special occasions more special. She can figure out how to do anything she wants to do, and when she sets her mind to something, there is no stopping her. Nicole is absolutely awesome and I’m so happy she’s in my life.
Dan Corcoran

Cody and I think of Dan as one of our very best friends, and it was years ago when we first decided we wanted him to officiate our wedding. Dan is one of those friends who truly makes life worth living. He is easygoing, so much fun to be around, funny, smart and such an incredible person. We have some of the best memories from fun times we’ve spent together over the years, and we are incredibly excited and honored that he will be officiating our wedding ceremony!
Ashley Brock Cope
‘Wedding Welcomer’ & Co-Emcee
Ashley will be the first face you see at our wedding, and that’s by design! She’s one of the friendliest, most outgoing and inspirational people I know. I first met her when I started working out at CycleBar. She was my first instructor ever, and she’s been my favorite instructor since, and a mentor, and a friend. I love sharing her quotes on social media, and her quotes are meaningful because she only says things she truly believes and that she truly lives by. She’s one of those people who’s special for so many reasons, and I’m grateful she’s in my life. “These are the good old days”, she says often, and I’m excited that our wedding guests get to meet her, too! Ashley is joining T.A. as Co-Emcee, and together at the wedding, just like in real life, these two will bring the magic!
T.A. Walker

I have known T.A. for a long time, and but we weren’t super close until we were pretty much inseparable during the pandemic. 😆 T.A. is smart, sassy, fun, funny and the friend who I now refuse to be without. If I don’t see him regularly, I miss him like crazy. We tease each other to no end and I love it. We understand each other’s crazy, somehow, and accept it. There is no one else like T.A., and although the road to where we are now in our friendship was long and a bit bumpy, there is no other way I would’ve had it. T.A., we love you and we are so honored you’re helping us celebrate our marriage in such a big way!
Stella

Stella is a fun-loving, adventurous, creative and joyful 5-year-old. It’s no wonder that she’s wonderful, because she is the daughter of our friend and bridesmaid Amanda Perna. This is Stella’s first time as a flower girl, and we know she’s going to do an incredible job!
