I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there is a section in the RSVP response to please let us know if you have any food allergies. Please Note- the dinner is plated, with both beef and chicken chesapeake - which has crab.

We love your kids but this is your night off! Adults only!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the venue's hotel, The Inn at Herrington Bay, or The Chesapeake Beach and Resort (Rod and Reel) there will be a shuttle to and from wedding and reception. Boarding starts at 5:00pm/ Departure 5:15 pm from Rod & Reel then will stop at the Inn Boarding starts at 5:30pm/ Departure 5:45 pm from the Inn Returning shuttle to both 10:00/10:30/11:00 pm or as needed

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the Polynesian Lawn and Paradise Ballroom.
