If you're staying in Austin, there really is not much need to rent a car. You can catch an Uber or Lyft from the airport to your hotel (they are plentiful) and you will be able to Uber to the wedding! For the short (more daring) trips around downtown, a Bird Scooter is always a fun, sometimes dangerous method of going a few blocks for fairly cheap. You can find the apps to these services on your smartphone, and enter your billing info for simplicity. No cash exchanged or hailing taxis!
