In 2017, Mike and his wife, Leslie, were kind enough to allow Sierra to live with them for her first summer in Ocean City. Sierra considers Mike and Leslie as her adoptive parents, with their two daughters being her little sisters. Flash forward, Nate and Mike became coworkers and close friends. Mike’s sense of humor and knock knock jokes always keep Nate and Sierra laughing.
Baxley Pearl
Ring Bearer
Baxley Pearl is Nate and Sierra’s 95 lb golden retriever. Nate and Sierra consider Baxley to be their fur child, and cannot imagine life without him and his craziness. With that being said, it is only fitting that he has a role in the wedding ceremony. Prepare to give him lots of pats, because he LOVES people!
Miles
Best Man
Miles is Nate’s world-traveling, rock aficionado, and adventure-seeking brother! You can always rely on Miles for speaking the truth, and that’s what we love so much about him. Miles is who Nate and Sierra both want to be when they grow up.
Becca
Maid of Honor
Becca and Sierra met at a mutual friend’s party. From there, Sierra and Becca became best friends. Becca is one to always give you a laugh and to always tell you the truth (whether you want to hear it or not). Becca is always there for Sierra in good times and in bad, and Sierra is eternally grateful for their friendship. Becca and Sierra also bond over their love of sharks.
Jake

Jake is Nate’s best friend, hunting buddy, and a constant source of reliability. Their relationship began on the baseball field during little league, and it has grown stronger over the years. Whether they’re in the woods or reminiscing about old games, Jake has always been by Nate’s side, making him the perfect choice to stand with him on the big day!
Lauren
Bridesmaid
Lauren and Sierra met freshman year of college at Waynesburg University. Lauren and Sierra were in the same classes, leading them to be best friends. Lauren and Sierra were essentially the same person. They had every class together, the same friends, were co-captains of the tennis team, and helped each other to be the best they could be. Sierra values that no matter how long they’re apart, they always pick up like no time has passed.
Charlie “Chuck”

Charlie and Nate became fast friends. Both share their love for the eastern shore and both share the same sense of humor. Sierra and Nate can always rely on Charlie for having a good time. He’s the best person to be around when you’re feeling down.
Ally

Ally and Sierra met through Lauren. Lauren and Ally were roommates at Waynesburg University. Sierra frequently found herself being the third wheel in their room, and loved tagging along for all of their adventures. They all became the best of friends. Ally is one of the most caring and thoughtful people Sierra has met, and values her friendship.
Tony

Tony and Nate met years ago when Tony was Nate’s umpire during his high school baseball games. Through the years Tony and Nate have grown to be one dynamic duo whether it’s at the firehouse, work, or simply relaxing by a fire with Sierra and Erika.
Chelsea

Chelsea and Sierra met while working for the Ocean City Police Department. Sierra attached herself to Chelsea at work, and they became fast friends. Sierra and Chelsea have accomplished their goals together at work, and they have remained friends through good times and in bad. Chelsea is one to always have your back, no matter what.
Patrick
Groomsman
Patrick and Nate went to the police academy together. Through the years, Patrick and Nate would work together on the same shift, biking the boardwalk. Wherever these two went, they always had each other to rely on. Now, instead of biking the boardwalk, Patrick and Nate travel together with Sierra and Cassie to tropical islands. It’s still Patrick’s turn to drive the next rental car.
Cassie

Cassie and Sierra met through mutual friends. Cassie, Becca, and Sierra quickly became friends and call themselves the, “three musketeer’s.” Sierra and Cassie have been on many amazing trips with Nate and Patrick. Cassie is always one to convince you to “just book the trip!” Cassie is an adventurous gal, who will always help Sierra experience the best of life. Cassie always pushes Sierra outside her comfort zone, and for that Sierra is thankful.
