Question
How do we get to the wedding venue from our Hotel/Airbnb?
Answer
Our best advice is to rent a car for the weekend. Because there is ample parking at the venue, a rental car is best. However, we understand that cost-saving for a weekend in one of America's more expensive vacation destinations can be prudent. If you choose to rideshare with Lyft or Uber, you definitely will want to schedule your trip out of the venue before arriving. There will be no cell service at the venue, and it's a long, dangerous walk back in the dark to cell service. Schedule a time and a place ahead of time, and a car will show up for you! Limited space on our planned hotel shuttle will be available, so planning ahead (with rides, directions, DDs, etc.) is crucial!

Can I bring my plus one who hasn't been explicitly invited?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. We have limited spaces at the event and a limited number of plates catered. We have to keep this dance party to a reasonable number, too, because of our gracious hosts' (who own the land where the redwood grove is situated) guidelines. We wish we could include absolutely everyone we know at this momentous event, but we have our constraints!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Short answer: yes and no. We ask that you do your best to find a sitter for the weekend or the evening, depending on your location. While we'd prefer to keep the event 18+, we understand that many of you are recent parents without the possibility of finding care for the entire weekend. Small children and infants are more than welcome if you've got a plan for how to care for them, keeping in mind we'll be 20 minutes from the nearest town and 10 minutes from cell service.

Any other details about transportation to/from Chenoweth Woods?
Answer
Yes! - Some GPS apps will give the wrong directions to Chenoweth Woods. Please make sure NOT to turn off Green Valley Road onto Harrison Grade. You should stay to the right and continue along Green Valley Road to the destination. - There are VERY FEW Ubers available in Sebastopol after 10 pm. We would recommend 1) renting a car or 2) using our *limited space* shuttle to Santa Rosa to a central location (location TBD). - Any guests with mobility issues can be driven between the ceremony, reception, and parking lot in a provided golf cart. It's a very short walk between the three, but please let us know if you'll need assistance on Sept. 16th.
Question
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
If we don't get an RSVP back by the date we'll provide (to come with our official invitation), it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and endorse in the timeframe they've given us, and we can't accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope you understand!
